Description

This door electromagnetic door holder with timer, is designed to temporarily hold doors open for storage rooms, areas with heavy cart traffic or to facilitate the movement of wheelchairs or beds. With a total projection of 4-5/8" from the wall to the door face (expandable to 5-5/8" with the included 1" extension), our system offers versatile installation options. Equipped with a 35 lb. holding force and crafted entirely from metal components, our door holder ensures robust durability and safety, meeting UL/ULC standards for smoke barrier or fire doors as certified by the California State Fire Marshal. 

Specifications

  • Built in timer, preset to hold doors open for 3 minutes from the time of activation
  • Activation is achieved by depressing the built-in activaion push button
  • Provided with one complimentary 1" extension - No charge
