Eliason LWP-3 Custom Door

Description

The Eliason® LWP-3 traffic door is a lightweight, economical solution where visual separation is desired between kitchen and dining areas, customer service and back room, or sales floor and stockroom. The door body is constructed of a special alloy .063" thick tempered aluminum that creates a durable door with just the right amount of flexibility. The LWP-3 comes standard with a clear anodized finish. We also manufacture this door with a 16 gauge stainless steel door body (Specify Model DSP-3). Standard vision panels are 9" x 14" set in black rubber molding. Various window sizes and shapes, impact plates, push plates and other options are also available. LWP-3 and DSP-3 models operate on the Eliason Easy Swing Hinge®.

• Hinge: Durable continuous piano hinge. Positioned on the height dimension for stability.
• Locking Mechanism: Dual, easy-to-operate self-latching tool-key and ring-operated slam latches.
• Flange: 1" exposed, made of robust cold rolled steel.
• Frame Depth: 2½", providing a sturdy structure.
• Rough Opening: Door sizes + ¼" or + 6mm for easy fit and installation.
• Insulation: 2" thick fire-rated mineral wool for enhanced safety.
• Internal Release: Available on doors over 12"X 12", ensuring safety from within.
• Finish: High-quality white powder coat primer for a clean look.
• Packaging: Each door is individually wrapped for protection.

Please note that the LWP3 Traffic Door is Eliason’s lightest-weight model. If the installation site has an air imbalance, this door may not close properly. Therefore, we recommend a non-standard cut to allow airflow and ensure proper functionality. Alternatively, we suggest considering a different door model with a core.
