1. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that all dimensions, options, and customizations selected at checkout are correct. We build exactly what you’ve approved. If something isn’t right due to incorrect information submitted with the order, it is your responsibility
2. Shipment Damage Policy
Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival. If the packaging is damaged or items are missing, note this on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, take photos, and please notify us notify us within 5 days. Do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim is resolved. If damage is severe, you may refuse delivery.
3. Shipping/Delivery Dates
We do our best to honor estimated delivery dates. Unfortunately, final timing is in the hands of third-party shipping carriers. Occasionally, delays may occur that are outside our control. If an issue arises, we’ll work hard to resolve it with the carrier, but must operate within their timelines and processes.
